Artwork File Setup Guidelines:

  • Accepted File Formats: JPEG or single-page PDF
  • Color Space: CMYK only (no Pantone/Spot colors)
  • Resolution: 150 dpi at full size (sufficient for large format)
  • Maximum Upload Size: 300 MB
  • Bleed/Crop Marks: Not required

Safety Margins (Keep text & logos within):

  • Top: 1”
  • Bottom: 3”

Additional Tips:

  • Convert all fonts to outlines before submission
  • Use provided design templates when available
  • Build artwork to the ordered size — scaling will be handled automatically
